Welcome to our store and enjoy shopping. Our work is hand-made in New Zealand. Attention to detail in our creations is very important to us, and throughout the process we will fine-tune the design to produce a quality finished product. We guarantee our work. Every effort has been made to describe the item in full, with exact measurements and colour representation, so that what you see is what you will get. 

 

Shopping Process

  • After you have made a purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your order.
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched after we have confirmed that we have received your payment.
  • Products that are not in stock when we receive your order will be kept as backorders and we will email you to advise on delivery times.
  • New Zealand customers have the choice of Standard, Tracked, Courier or Courier & Signature NZ Post delivery options.
  • International customers have the choice of using NZ Post International Courier (online tracking and signature on delivery) or International Air (no online tracking or signature on delivery). International Courier is only available to the destinations as specified during the check-out process.
  • We will update you via email when your order has been sent.

Payment Options

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard) – You will be directed to the PayPal site and returned to this site once the payment process is completed. PayPal is the internationally preferred online payment option used by sites such as Skype and eBay. It is secure and easy to use, and your financial information will not be revealed to us. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use this service.
  • Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard) – Via PayPal as above.
  • PayPal Account - Via PayPal as above.

 

Delivery to a New Zealand Address

Orders can be delivered using the following options:

  • Standard - No online tracking. No signature on delivery. Delivery target is 1 - 3 working days.
  • Tracked - Online tracking. No signature on delivery. Delivery target is 1 - 3 working days.
  • Courier - Online tracking. No signature on delivery. Delivery target is next working day (major towns and cities).
  • Courier & Signature - Online tracking. Signature on delivery. Delivery target is next working day (major towns and cities).

To protect your purchases they will be packaged in an NZ Post Size 1 Box. For orders that don't fit in the 235mm x 165mm x 70mm box or weigh over 3kg, you will be contacted if there are any additional charges owing. If you have a large order, email us for a postage quote and we will figure out the best price for you.

 

Delivery to an International Address

Orders can be delivered using the following options:

  • NZ Post International Air - No online tracking. No signature on delivery. Delivery target is 3 - 10 working days.
  • NZ Post International Courier (available to selected destinations) - Online tracking. Signature on delivery. Delivery Target is 2 - 6 working days.

International buyers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes or other fees.

 

Please note, we recommend you choose the Signature on Delivery option. In the event that your parcel goes astray and you have not chosen this option, or it has been left without a signature, we will not be held responsible for its loss. Please be aware of this policy.

 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. We will do our best to resolve the problem. 

Refunds and exchanges will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, kits and patterns are final sale and are not returnable.

If we accept an item for return then it must be returned in original condition and properly packaged, using courier with signature on delivery. The packing and shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded. You will need to include you name and order number. Once the item is received by us in perfect condition a refund will be made via credit to your paypal account or credit card.
